General Provisions

§ 1
Brett Bisnett Webshop (in these Regulations hereinafter Store) sells mail order via the Internet.

§ 2
Rules set out the rules for making purchases in the store.

§ 3
Webshop Brett Bisnett is run by Harvey Ltd. entered in the Register of Economic Activities Town Srem No entry: 7156th



The procedure for the contract, payment and delivery terms

§ 4
Concluding a contract of sale between Customer and Store.

§ 5
All information contained on our website are for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of. 1966 Civil Code, and only call for orders.

§ 6
After placing an order, and after the selection method of payment and delivery, Customer will promptly receive the specified their e-mail message confirming receipt of your order. Shop may deviate from the contract in the absence of goods in stock, despite the acknowledgment of the order. In such cases, the customer will be immediately informed of the withdrawal from the performance, and any prepayment made by the Customer will be refunded.

§ 7
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, inform the customer can shop to abandon the execution of the contract within two days after its submission, if it does not, it is believed that the contract of sale has been concluded with the sending of the acknowledgment of receipt of order.

§ 8
Payments shall be made:

§ 9
Order shall be implemented:


1st in the cases specified in § 8 points 1 - after finding an appropriate impact

2nd in the case referred to in § 8 item 2 - immediately.


§ 10
Store the supply in the following ways:

1st Polish Post Shipping provided by the Customer at the address - only a package of priority.
2nd Shipping package with the given value is available on request at an additional cost
compatible with the price list of Polish Post.
 

§ 11
Shipping costs charged to client, unless the contract value exceeds 300 zł, in this case, shipping costs borne by the seller.

§ 12
Delivery costs are as follows:

1st when you buy a piece trouser parcel shipping priority: 9 zł
2nd when you buy a piece trouser pobraniową priority shipping package: 16zł
3rd the purchase of 2 pieces. more trousers parcel shipping priority: 13 zł
4th when you buy 2 pcs. Shipping and more trousers package pobraniową priority: 18 zł
5th when buying a suit or jacket parcel shipping priority: 15 zł
6th when buying a suit or jacket parcel shipping pobraniową priority: 19 zł
7th a deposit account DPD courier parcel: PLN 15



§ 13
Proof of purchase is a receipt or invoice. Invoices are issued on request.


Complaints and Returns

§ 14
Complaints must be submitted on form reclamations located at Shop.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer filed a complaint.

§ 15
For a complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

§ 16
Complaints will be handled in a manner prescribed law, namely under Articles 4 - 10 of the Act of 27 July 2002 on the specific terms of consumer sales (...) (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 141, item. 1176 as amended)..

§ 17
Client is entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale within 10 days from the time of delivery. The right of withdrawal shall be made by submitting a written statement. In order to make right of withdrawal is to preserve the goods in the unaltered state (in particular, the goods must be retained, all tags and can not bear traces of use). For effective implementation of the right of withdrawal, Shop Customer returns the amount paid by him after receipt of goods. Goods returned COD shipment will not be accepted.



Privacy Policy

§ 18
Clients' personal data are collected and processed solely for the purpose of procurement.

§ 19
Personal data may be collected and processed for marketing purposes if the customer wishes to receive promotional materials by entering your email address in the appropriate box on the website Store.

§ 20
The detailed rules for the processing of personal data Act sets of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133 item. 883 as amended).. Customer retains all rights, and completes an all obligations which arise from the Act.


Final Provisions

§ 21
Settlement of disputes arising from the contract of sale is one of the Polish courts, according to the relevant law. In addition, the client can assert their rights before the District Court in Srem.

§ 22
The law applicable to disputes arising from this contract is the Polish law.
